Red & White Salad Tonight – Crisp Romaine lettuce lavished with diced Roma tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, cucumber and our Romano-crusted chicken breast, served with buttermilk ranch dressing

    
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese & Roasted Red Peppers – Fresh slices of mozzarella cheese layered on roasted red bell peppers and Italian salami, drizzled with our basic and garlic-infused oil

               
Shrimp Diablo – Lightly breaded shrimp fried to a golden brown, then tossed with red bell peppers and white onions, Diablo style, dusted with grated Romano cheese
             

White Pizza Sticks with Marinara Sauce—Our pizza crust brushed with olive oil, cracked black pepper, sea salt and Romano cheese then oven baked and served with our own marinara sauce for dipping
            

Pollo Alla Kebob – Char-grilled chicken breast skewered with grape tomatoes and onions then laced with our red-wine balsamic reduction

Fried Raviolis – Ricotta cheese-filled raviolis dusted in our Italian bread crumbs and lightly fried to perfection, set on a pool of our creamy Alfredo sauce and house marinara
