Enjoy Carciofo Al Kalamata Eggplant Bruschetta, a tasty medley of roasted eggplant, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, oven-baked on ciabatta bread and paired with Ferrante’s Grand River Valley Pinot Grigio and Grand River Valley Cabernet Franc.
