We just completed clarity filtration with our newly acquired floor filter from Crivelli Company. Cross-flow filtration technology allows us to filter wine without using filter media like filter pads or diatomaceous earth. We are starting to blend the varietal and proprietary wines. In the vineyard, we are about 50% pruned, with very littled damage to buds from exposure to the cold temperatures. |
